Enough has been said about Salman Khan’s
interest to host the next season of Bigg Boss amidst a lot of
controversies. The actor himself had showed uncertainty of returning
back to it. But it seems all that was just a façade as Salman will be
hosting Bigg Boss Season 6 and that too without the support of any of
his filmy friends. Last time, he had Sanjay Dutt as his replacement for
episodes he couldn’t be in. This time he will go solo.
According to a source, Salman is presently shooting a few sequences for Ek Tha Tiger
in Thailand with Katrina Kaif. He has already been informed about the
channel’s decision to repeat him as the reality show’s host. The actor
has given his nod to it on principle. The source also added that the
show will go on air after Jhalak Dikhla Ja and a talent hunt show when
they complete their seasons on the channel.
We wonder how suddenly Salman decided to lend his star support to Bigg
Boss after claiming that over the years the show has turned extremely
abusive. He had also said that his mother stopped watching owing to the
amount of cuss words used in the show. Is he expecting that this season
of Bigg Boss won’t be as cringe invoking as the last one? We hope not
because we seriously doubt it.
